 The Trinity OV-5 connects exclusively via Bluetooth.

If you’re experiencing connection issues, please follow these steps:

First, make sure Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your smartphone. The app requires both permissions to detect and connect to the device.

If you are using an iPhone, go to your phone’s Settings, scroll down to the app settings, and ensure that Bluetooth and Location permissions are enabled for the application.

When connecting through the app, enter the Bluetooth pairing password: 1234. Once paired successfully, you will be able to control your diffuser directly from the app.

If the device does not appear, try restarting Bluetooth or moving closer to the diffuser during the initial connection.

Why Is the Machine On but Not Producing Mist?

If the device lights up and runs but produces no mist, the internal air pump tube may have detached during transportation.

To fix: carefully open the machine, reconnect both ends of the air pump tube securely, close the device and restart it. Once reattached, mist production should return to normal.
