1. Shipping destinations
We ship to: France, United-Kingdom, USA and European Union.
If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship there.
2. Processing time

3. Shipping methods and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and depend on the carrier and destination.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
5. Tracking
If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

7. Incorrect address / failed delivery
